What PlayZi is
PlayZi SALES is a sales application for an organization and its members. It stores the contacts, companies, deals, tasks, and meetings that your team enters so you can run a pipeline together.
Account and CRM data
We store your name, email, password hash when you use a password (through our authentication provider), and organization membership. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and verified email from Google and use them to create or find your PlayZi account. Inside an organization we store the records members create: contacts, companies, deals, notes, tasks, comments, and meeting details including title, time, notes, and guest email addresses. This data is used to operate the CRM for that organization. It is not sold and it is not used for advertising.
Calendar data we store today
The team calendar is built from meetings created inside PlayZi: title, time, notes, the related deal, and guest email addresses. Members of the same organization can see when teammates are booked. A sales rep who does not own the deal only sees those meetings as “Busy”, without the title, notes, guests, or deal. Admins and managers can see the full meeting.
When you connect Google Calendar, PlayZi asks for permission to create events on the calendar you choose. It uses that access to create a Google Meet link and to invite the guests you name, so the event shows up on their Google Calendar. PlayZi stores the Google refresh token only on its servers, encrypted, tied to your user and organization. The token is not sent to the browser and is not shared with other organizations. Disconnecting Google Calendar from the Calendar page deletes the stored token. PlayZi does not sell this data and does not use it for advertising.
Meeting invitations are sent to the guest addresses you enter. Google also emails a calendar invitation so the event, including the Meet link, can be saved on their calendar. PlayZi’s own email contains the meeting title, time, notes, guest list, and the Meet link.
Who can see it
CRM records and shared calendars are visible to members of the same organization, according to their role. People outside the organization cannot browse them.
