The service
PlayZi SALES is a sales workspace for an organization and its members. You can keep contacts, companies, deals, tasks, and meetings, and you can create a Google Meet link and a Google Calendar event for a meeting you schedule. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Accounts and organizations
You need an account to use PlayZi. You can sign in with a password or with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account. An organization admin invites members and assigns roles. Records you create belong to that organization and are visible to its members according to their role.
Your content
You and your organization keep the CRM records you enter. You confirm that you have a right to store contact details and to invite the email addresses you add to a meeting. PlayZi uses that content only to operate the product for your organization: showing the pipeline, sending the invitations you request, and creating the calendar event and Meet link you ask for.
If you continue with Google, PlayZi receives your name and verified email to create or find your account. If you also grant calendar access, PlayZi uses it to create events and Meet links on the Google Calendar you connect, and to invite the guests you name. You can disconnect Google Calendar from the Calendar page. That deletes the stored refresh token. Your use of Google services stays subject to Google’s own terms.
Acceptable use
Do not use PlayZi to break the law, to send invitations to people you have no reason to contact, to probe or disrupt the service, or to access another organization’s data. We may suspend an account that is used this way.
Availability
PlayZi is provided as it is. Meetings, email delivery, and Google Calendar or Meet depend on those services being available. We may change or stop parts of the product. These terms do not create a warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Ending access
You can stop using PlayZi at any time. An organization admin can remove a member. If we end access, we will do it for a reason such as misuse, a security risk, or the service being shut down.
